Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and returns follow the Consumer Protection Code:

• The customer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt to cancel a purchase made outside the physical store (online).

• Defective products may be exchanged within 30 calendar days.

• To request an exchange or return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
