Return and Refund Policy
At Time Gold, your satisfaction is our priority.
That’s why we’ve developed a transparent and fair return and refund policy, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
1. Return Period
You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving your product to request a return or refund, in accordance with the right of withdrawal established in Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, for purchases made outside of a physical store (online or by phone).
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Free from signs of use, stains, odors, or damage;

In its original packaging, with all tags, seals, and accessories included;

Accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Products that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer without prior notice.
3. How to Request a Return
Send an email to timegold@outlook.com.br or contact us via WhatsApp providing:

Order number;

Full name;
-
Reason for the return;

Photos of the product, if applicable.
Our team will respond with instructions for free return shipping (for requests made within the legal timeframe).
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed within:

Up to 5 business days for payments made via Pix or bank slip;

Up to 15 business days for credit card refunds (subject to the card issuer’s policies).
5. Exchanges for Defective Products
If the product presents a manufacturing defect within 90 days, it will be replaced at no additional cost.
Please send photos or videos showing the issue and follow the same steps outlined above.
